Navigationbar stuck on lockscreen

I recently bought the Lumia 650 and it's been running fine for me, but today the navigation bar doesn't auto hide on the lock screen. So when the phone boots up, the navigation bar is showing over the lock screen. Is there a way to turn this off so the
navigation bar doesn't appear over the lock screen by default (none of the buttons work on it anyways)?

 

How to hide the user accounts that are on the bottom left on the lock screen on Windows 10?

On the previous versions of windows the lock screen only show the last user account on the lock screen, that it was helpful to hide the admin accounts from the standard users.

On Windows 10 that is not an option any more, or at least it does not show the way to activate it.

So How can i hide the user accounts that are on the bottom left on the lock screen on Windows 10?
