Windows 10: High average interrupts/ proccesor

Someone told me to run the perfmon /report report for resource montior.

I am getting this one warning. "High average interrupts / processor. This machine has 8 processors and 6 network cards. Total Interrupts/sec on the machine is 51559. The average interrupts per processor per sec is 6445."

This seems like a really really high number compared to the average. Does anybody know how I could find the cause of this problem?

High amount of interrupts and High Disk I/O

Every time I do performance report I get High Average Interrupts, usually between 40000-60000.

This is what it says, "High average interrupts / processor. This machine has 8 processors and 5 network cards. Total Interrupts/sec on the machine is 45111. The average interrupts per processor per sec is 5639."

Under the Disk I/O says

"766 /sec Disk I/O is more than 500 (read/write) per second on disk 1"

Could there be a bottleneck somewhere in my hardware?

I notice a FPS drop in some games, and sometimes the computer runs weirdly. I have a 1080TI.

I did a chkdsk and chkdsk /f scan on both my main hard drives, also scanned for viruses which the scanners said I don't have any but I talk about them in a previous thread I made here.

Had a virus, I think I got infected through a Google Chrome extension, fully removed it, computer feels slower?

What should I do to fix this problem, could it just be hardware the computers not noticing?

Hey, so I did what you said and I'm pretty sure I'm still having issues.

Resource monitor says, Graphics, Disk, Memory, CPU, Gaming Graphics rating for the system is poor, which isn't true as I have pretty good gaming parts in my PC.

Also I'm still getting the high average interrupts/processor.

It says this machine has 8 processors and 3 network cards, total interrupts/sec on machine is 55000.

The average disk queue length is 10, and sometimes it changes between 1 and 30.

I did another dskchk and scanned for out of date hard drives, and also even did a virus check just in case but the issue still persists, I'm assuming something is wrong with Disk I/O?

I wanna figure out what's causing this so I can get a part to replace my PC, as my 1080ti shouldn't be having any issues with games.

Is it my disks?
