Windows 10: High bus ram speed is it affect to how much the number of ram used and stored?

Hi everyone, who read this post I have a question about between the bus speed ram and how much ram used for system. I hear my friend said: the higher the bus speed ram, the easier it is to overflow RAM maybe knew: ram will use much more and it's can be caused fully ram. Is it true? If true, please tell me more why is it?

driver, the working set (the number of memory pages in the physical RAM)
size of the system file cache will grow to meet this demand.
The system file cache consumes the physical RAM. Therefore, sufficient
amounts of physical RAM are not available for other processes.

On 64-bit versions of Windows operating systems, the size of the virtual address range is typically larger than
the physical RAM. In this situation, the working set for the system file cache can increase to consume most of the physical RAM.

We suggest that you clear caches on your Windows 10 computer to resolve memory usage issues. Few things that you
can try clearing are the Windows Store and Temp Files caches. Check out the steps below:

How to clear the Windows Store cache:

  Windows + R keys to open a
  Run prompt.

  Type
  WSReset.exe
  into the text box, then click
  OK.
  

How to clear the Temp Files cache:

Is it decreased the bus ram when installed physical ram with 2 different ranked ram?

Hi everyone, who read this post, I have a question about the ranked ram. I hear my friend's talking about the system when he installed 2 physical ram bus 3200 with 2 different ram about the ranked ram. He installed 2 ram: 1Rx8 and 1Rx16, the PC said the bus for 2 ram is 2993, it's not got total fully the bus ram although both 2 ram is same as the bus. Everyone can explain this problem? Thank you.
