    Hi everyone,


    I got recently a really good computer for gaming, I launched a normal games and it was blowing as if it would explode soon.


    I checked a bit and deleted the file conhost.exe, that was apparently a miner malware: But it continues and I had a bit of a hard time with a svchost.exe placed in a folder C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-services-svchost_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.18362.1_none_8818c99c82862cc5 and folder


    I tried to delete it but it says that it uses other services then it can't be close. For instance, it says it uses "Background tasks infrastructure service" , or sometimes it used "plug and play", I don't know what to do with that

    Hi mus890,

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    If necessary, choose the Processes Tab

    Click on the CPU column header, so that arrow faces down

    Leave that window open to monitor your system

    When this high CPU occurs, minimize whatever windows you are working on and check what are the top 5 processes listed at that time?

    Cpu usage high until i open task manager

    Hello!

    my problem still persist after doing what you said.

    I've run every update available and run the commands you wrote in the post but still the CPU usage is very high until I open the task manager, then it reduces the CPU usage to normal values around 2-5% iddle.
