    Hello Everyone I have a laptop, Asus Vivobook Pro 14x N7400PC. I have a CPU high usage issue. I did clean Windows 11 Pro install 24H2. I updated Windows, BIOS and all drivers. I performed a full scan with Windows Defender and Malwarbytes. Here is the issue. CPU is in 20%-30% idle all the time. Nothing is running foreground or background. I clean booted Disable all programs at start and disable all services [except Windows services] in msconfig, didn't help. I did DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restor
