    High CPU usage at idle. Windows 10 Pro clean install


    I've noticed a new clean install of Windows 10 pro consuming up to 100% of CPU, when left idle for a few minutes.Whenever I move a mouse or press a key, a CPU usage isntantly drops to almost 0%.Process responsible for this is "System".I've found similar threads here but no answers nor solutions.
