  1. High CPU usage by "System Interrupts" when Task Manager is closed. Upon opening, goes back...

Basically the title. I found my games running slowly this morning, went to check task manager to find 98% CPU usage with 80% being from system interrupts, after a few seconds usage went back down to normal. I have found this has been occurring all day. Every time task manager closes I can hear my fans get louder, I go to open task manager, see 60-80% for a few seconds then they go back to normal.
I have been trying a number of things but have yet to find a solution.
These are including but not limited to:

    • Restarting my computer
    • Power reset
    • sfc/scannow (I have ran several times. Always finds and corrects some corrupted files)
    • Windows defender full system scan, found nothing
    • Malware Bytes, found nothing
    • Driver updates
    • windows updates
    • Event viewer, no errors at corresponding times

I would like to avoid reinstalling windows but I am afraid I am out of options and I am worried it may be a crypto miner. I know the consensus for System Interrupts is typically hardware failure. However; this PC is two weeks old with all brand new parts and updated drivers. I have also read that hardware failure leads to 100% usage by system interrupts where mine never gets that high and always lowers itself when I open task manager.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    :)

High CPU usage with 'system interupts'

High CPU usage with 'system interrupts'. However, the usage decreases when the task manager is opened. On opening the task manager, the system interrupt is visible for a few seconds and then the CPU usage goes down.

High CPU usage by "System interrupts"

I tried to solve the problem ky resetting the pc to uts pre-installed form but it didnt solve the problem. I open task manager and see 100%cpu usage by only one process. As soon as task manager opens system interrupts stops using cpu at all. When i close
the task manager the same process again stars consuming my CPU. What should i do now?
