    So i have a problem with what i think is my CPU, i have not had this issue before. I started getting this issue like 2 weeks back and since then i've tried everything to make it work for example factory reset the whole computer. The only game i'm playing is CSGO and it's been working fine until this issue. And this issue includes every program which uses big amounts off the CPU. So if i start CSGO now i can play for like 2 minutes then every like 15-20 seconds it's super laggy and then after like 8 seconds it's back to normal and then it just continues like that? And then i just shut down the

    high cpu usage

    After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
    programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.
