Windows 10: high disk usage when i open a game by process 'system'

pc : ryzen 3 3200g 8 gb ram asus prime a320m-k when i try opening rocket league or gta online or valorant or any game it takes very long time to open and it makes the windows freezes and stutters the games are on hhd and the system in ssd, like rocket league takes 8 mins to open and gta online i experience drop fps when i go fast, and when i open task manager i see the process system taking 100% from the hhd and 0% from ssd any help?

High Disk Usage Due to "System" Process?

So ive been struggling and racking my brain trying to figure out why my disk usage is high to a "system process"... I have tried everything I discovered on the web. These include disabling MSI, disabling windows search, disabling connected user tracking
(a.k.a. DiagTrack), also looked into registry errors, and i can not figure it out. If anyone has any input or thought its be greatly apprciated.

My current system build:

• AMD Ryzen7 1700
• Gigabyte AX370- K7 Gaming
• 16GB Corsair Vengence RAM
• Gigabyte GTX1080
• 1TB Western Digital HDD
