I recently noticed my computer being slower and slower, often connecting to games late or downloading at slower speeds. I checked my Task Manager and see that my Disk Usage is at 100%. I looked up a lot of people having the same problem but they are dated, often with no solution from Microsoft. I ran a windows defender scan, no issues. I followed a link on how to turn of some kind of internal message system that causes this bug, after restarting my computer it was fine for a few minutes, but now the problem is back. I am trying to install a game update on steam and it has fluctuating speeds, a

the boot speed is fine, used to be slow but i fixed that. The main issue is the disk speeds. because i notice on start up after boot the disk is 100% with very poor write and read speeds. Focus on the Hard disk please. "There
is a lot of system HD writing." is this fixable?

Thank you for helping me out. I did as you said, i ran chkdsk and it found 0 bad sectors etc. I would have sent in a picture but when i stretched out the window all the text disappeared. Someone has the same issue, where the computer has a slow startup
with 100% disk usage, with very low read and write speeds over tasks that shouldn't be a problem.

I didn't understand your question, but disk usage, mainly on SSDs, is generally low in read and write speeds. Compared to a HD that has a slower read and write speed and the 100% disk bug ends up occurring in the most recent Windows.
