High end PC has monitors cut out and Hardware Errors

So I recently bought a new pc. It is very good: i9 10850k, ROG STRIX Z490-A Gaming, RTX 3080, 32 gigs of RAM... the pc is a beast. One problem though. One or both monitors I have connected go black. One is 2k 144hz, but I run games at 2k 120hz. The other monitor is 1080p 60hz. They don't lose the signal, they just go black for a few seconds and recover. Games don't crash, everything keeps working. No notifications show on my monitors when they come back, so it does not seem to be losing the signal, but one or both can temporarily go black at random. OBS can still record what is showing on my pc, so not everything crashes. But it happens just as often in a demanding game like Anthem as it does when my pc is idle... Could this just be that the 3080s are still buggy, and after a few months updates will have handled whatever issue they are having? Or does Windows have something wrong with it? I have posted to lots of different forums, but nobody has had any idea what the issue is. I just recently thought to check Problem Details on my pc. The system ALWAYS has 3 errors in a row. Also, Windows does not shut down correctly when I turn off the pc. It does not hang, but Windows never seems to be able to shut down right. One screen blackout results in these 3 errors:

I have been having this problem multiple times a day for over a week, and have tried debugging, but I only know so much. It is messing with my ability to record for YouTube, make music, etc. I don't want to ship it back and risk damaging anything if I don't have to. Everything has the latest versions, so the problem should not have anything to do with old versions.

    :)

    No Nokia High End Hardware?

    This article here:

Microsoft Announces New Lumia 535—And Reveals Its Mobile Future - ReadWrite

    No high end hardware?

I come from a Nokia background. Nokia always had a high end hardware offering.

So you buy them, wipe the name and then give us no noteworthy hardware to purchase?

What a blow. As a Nokia fan I quite literally feel “gutted.”

Part (I am not sure how much, but recent events may have me evaluating exactly how much) of my loyalty to Windows Phone came from Nokia – One without the other may not work for me.

I have time right now because I do have a 1520. But if I don’t see a Lumia in my future that is of “Nokia” flagship quality – then my OS and hardware future may lie elsewhere.

    Signed,

Gutted and sincerely hoping the above referenced article is a lie…
