Windows 10: High fluctuating disc usage

Straight to the pointI brought my laptop like 10 days agoAfter some time high disc usage problems occurred I've tried everything to solve it even a factory reset tooBut nothing helpedThen i stop diagtrack services and it came to normalBut after that my disc is like fluctuating a lot Like a second it is zero then it goes to like 70, 50 on idle And while monitoring my disc i noticed that system is the only one using disc and that about 2or 3 percent but still disc goes up to like 60percentWhat should i do...I've an 1tb hddi5 10th gen 10300hMemory usage and cpu is normal only disc is fluctuating

There is a very high CPU usage from the Microsoft(C) Register Server (regsvr32.exe).

Thank you for the update. If in safe mode the problem does not occur and the issue occurs on normal boot, there is a possibility of a third-party program which makes Microsoft Register Server fluctuate into high CPU usage. Can you provide further information
for us to isolate this issue further? Please answer the following questions:

• Are there any programs recently installed on the PC?
• Which programs currently run on your PC when the usage turns high?

To isolate the issue as well, try to turn on the PC and don’t open any programs for a few minutes. Try to check if the CPU usage is still high. If it is, there’s a probability that it is one of the programs running on the background.

High disc usage when running srtasks.exe

SSD. Transfer rate is up to 7.2MB/s.

This doesn't happen all the time, though the disc is constantly active. It seems W10 is always busy, busy, busy, but when disc usage gets high, it slows everything down.

Hi, that's a low transfer rate- I've usually seen them that low at 100% disk usage with HDDs.

Disk usage depends on your applications and configuration of course; when idle you'd hope for 0

Are your page file settings default, and do you have plenty of spare space on C: ?

Apart from the transfer rate issue, try a clean boot: is your disk usage near 0 when the PC is nominally idle?
