Windows 10: High "Last Bios Time"

Discus and support High "Last Bios Time" in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I've had this issue for a while now, can't remember exactly when it started happening.     High "Last Bios Time"


    I've had this issue for a while now, can't remember exactly when it started happening. My last bios time is around 75-79 seconds as it says in task manager. I've tried multiple things such as disabling as many start-ups as I can only leaving three enabled; Realtek HD Audio Manager, Windows Security Notif, and Java Updater Scheduler. I've also scanned multiple times with different software and no virus. I've done many other things such as cleaning my pc, heatsink, etc but still no solution. My PC specs are: (If that helps)

    CPU - i3-7100 - 3.90GHz

    RAM - 8GB RAM

    HDD - Toshiba DT01ACA050 (500GB)

    GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

    Motherboard - ASUSTeK Computer Inc H110M-R
