Windows 10: High Mem usage and framerate spikes recently

I built this PC in May, 2022. I know my way around the hardware aspects of pc's, But software has always been a struggle for me. I couldnt get access to the internet on it at first, Because it didnt have the drivers, But i needed TO access the internet to download the drivers, It took a bit of messing around with flash drives and virtual disk drives to get the drivers installed onto the PC. Then it was a pain to get any other drivers i needed Motherboard, Graphics card, Everything for the system In general. I have used a automatic drivers installer/updater, But i cant help but feel like this

high cpu usage

After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

VERY HIGH CPU USAGE

Hey there Kristian, first I'd suggest using your task manager and seeing if Windows antimalware executable is going on, because it can spike high cpu usage rates. Afterwords, i'd like for you to do a scan with your windows defender, as it may be malware
infecting your computer.
