    High ping in games, low ping on browser.


    I have recently purchased a new gaming PC to replace my older, slower one. Everything has worked as expected apart from an odd issue I am getting with my ping in online games. While speed tests online tell me my ping is about 20ms - 30ms, when I look at my ping in online games it can range from 200ms - 300ms or higher - making the game unplayable and rendering the PC fairly useless as I bought it to play games. I would like to note that I am using an ethernet connection, the same connection that worked just fine with my previous PC - so I have concluded the issue must lie with the PC itself.In

    Windows 10 High Ping on Games

    Is it before the CSGO update or after. Lots of people are reporting this issue after the update. They are saying that the new update has messed up the routing or something. I would suggest to try connection optimizer like Kill Ping. It will bypass all the
    nodes in between and directly connect you to game server.

    But first do these steps given in the guide for CSGO

    Ping Lag With Low Ping

    I have played many games to try and see if it was the server of a particular game, although, every game I play ends up ping-lagging every two seconds, although my actual ping does not rise and it is relatively low. Please help!
