Windows 10: High ping spikes / FPS drops mid game

HiI have some issues with my laptop in 2 games that ive tried most of them were having high ping randomly then giving me a really bad fps drop for example csgo my ping is mostly 40 - 90 depends on the server but randomly my ping would get high and my fps will went from 123 to 34, 25 possibly 1 as well but it will be back to normal after at least a second my ping will be 40 and then my fps will be 120 again then repeat it keeps happening on 2 games that I tested Minecraft and csgo both things keep happening my internet isnt bad or at least when I speed test its pretty normal and my phone also g

FPS in fullscreen games looks low but is high?

Recently I got a new PC which I have had almost no problems with.

I get decent FPS in most games however when I use fullscreen on almost every game, my FPS stays high but the game looks like it's stuttering and lagging when I'm not getting any FPS drops or ping spikes.

My Specs:

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G With Radeon Vega Graphics

Radeon RX 570

8GB RAM

Prime A320M-K

What's causing this? Please note my GPU drivers are up to date.

 

Slightly elevated constant ping and high ping spikes in games

Hello,

I have been having some trouble with my new laptop, the laptop is having an issue concerning ping within games (League of legends, World of warcraft are the ones I tested so far).

The ping is slightly elevated compared to my older PC (when I pinged google it was 55-60 ms with my old PC but with this new one it is 90-100 ms ) and after a few hours of gameplay (depends once it was 30 min, other times it's 5-6 hours) there is a spike
in the ping that get me to 500-600 ms sometimes it drops right after, other times it sticks to that and only a reconnect and disconnect from the internet would solve it (not router but only from the PC).

I updated my firmware, searched anything else, I even reinstalled windows, the problem persists.

Took my laptop to my provider and they said everything is fine (which isn't ).

I tried ethernet (it's the same thing).

Is there anything that could help me resolve the problem ? (Even only to remove the spikes in order for me to actually play a game ).

Ping spikes when streaming Cod Warzone

I have 2 mbps upload speed and a high end pc but since the last several days I encounter ping spikes when streaming Cod Warzone.It was fine before.

My stream settings are 720p 30 fps 1500 bitrate.

Encoder : Nvidia NVENC
