Windows 10: High pitched buzzing in Microsoft Store games with Razer Nari on surround sound

This isn't with every game, but for some reason some games current examples being Minecraft W10 and Bridge Constructor Portal have a high pitched buzzing sound replacing normal audio whenever I am on the THX Surround Sound audio output. If I go to the Razer Nari Game output the stereo audio output the sound is normal but sounds worse due to how the headset work. Anyone know how to get sound working on surround sound?

ive recently bought a razer nari esential headset. it was perfect but today when i went to my desk to play minecraft the headset was not playng sound first it was a cracking creepy sound then i fixed that but now instead of the cranking sound theres no
sound please help.

 

Laptop buzzing sound

Hello,

I have Lenovo Yoga 900S and when I play a sound (even with muted speakers), it makes high pitched buzzing sound. I have tried different Realtek drivers or Microsoft audio driver. I have even tried factory reset.
Also, when I uninstall the audio driver, the buzzing stops.

Could you please help me?
