  1. High ram usage due to service hosts

I am using a HP laptop with a 4 GB of ram installed in it

After the April update there are many many SERVICE HOSTS running that significantly reduce the performance of my pc and can use upto 85-90% of RAM due to which other applications don't work properly and after a usage of about an hour the screen just turns black and takes about a couple of minutes to come back which closes all the application running. And if I again try to open an application it just says memory fill try clearing out some applications though none of them are running it's just the service host which takes all the RAM!

Help by the official team of MICROSOFT would be much appreciated!

    :)

  2. svchost.exe / service host : local system ( network restricted ) high usage memory and CPU

When you open Task Manager a little bit, you’ll see that svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted) is causing the problem of high CPU usage. To improve your Windows performance, and get rid of the high CPU usage, you
have to disable Superfetch service. Superfetch used to pre-load data from hard disk into RAM memory. So let's follow this steps.

Fix svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted)

High ram usage due to service hosts

Service Host Diagnostic Policy Service causes RAM usage fluctuations

As stated above, this problem started after installing the newest update (Version 1903). This keeps making my PC lag due to the high RAM use. I looked into task manager and found that Service Host Diagnostic Policy Service was causing the fluctuations
    in RAM usage.

Attached is a screenshot of Task Manager showing the RAM fluctuations
