Windows 10: High resources usage all of a sudden.

Hi there,I have been using a laptop called Ideapad Gaming 3 and my disk, cpu, and memory usage was pretty normal and goodCPU: 1 To 10% Idle1% To 30% GamingMemory : 55% Idle50% To 70% GamingDisk: 1% To 10% Rarely 10%While Idle and GamingBut all of a sudden My resources usage sky rocket to 70% To Even 100% While gaming/Idle Could anyone help me?

Powershell sudden high ram usage

In the last week I have noticed sudden power shell windows appearing for a moment and then my laptop begins to be slow and laggy, I remember installing some vpn programs but then I uninstalled them all, but still has these PowerShell blinking and high ram, disk, CPU usage.
