Windows 10: High virtual memory usage

I have never messed with virtual memory before and I have it so windows automatically manage the paging file size for drives, but the currently allocated paging file size 26624 MB is way higher than what it recommends 2932 MB, can anyone tell me whether this is normal or not?

hello im having a simple problem in windows 11

my virtual memory usage is high the majority of time the usage of the virtual memory is 95-99%

when i launch a game it crash

my virtual memory is 38gb

and this is my pc spec

cpu: intel core i7 13620h

gpu: nvidia geforce RTX 4060 8gb vram

ram: 16 gb

ssd: nvme micron 2400

 

High virtual memory usage after reinstall

Soo it did not work exactly, yet I did managed to find out a one reason why the virtual memory usage was high, chrome hardware acceleration. When I turned it off and started a new with exact same set up as before, the virtual memory usage slowly went down to 45% yet afterward it slowly started climbing up once more before I enabled hardware acceleration once more, now with it on virtual memory usage generally stays at 50-55%.
