    Highjacked by one drive.


    Hi AllGot a new PC with Windows 11, since using it started getting messages about not enough storage and when I tried to edit some photos I could not download them, I have now HAD to pay for extra storage to Access them.I tried to unlink one drive but when I do the documents and pictures folders are no longer on File Explorer.I now cannot save anything to my PC only OneDrive, how do I get out of this situation.I don't want to use one drive as I already have BT Cloud and Apple.Thanks For lookingRay

    Hosts file highjack warning. Windows Defender sees it but...

    Thanks for the suggestions, but since I already reset the hosts file once, I'm not sure what doing it a second time would accomplish.

    And I did turn on the 'rootkit' setting in Malwarebytes, re-scanned the laptop and it didn't find anything. Then when I scanned the laptop with Windows Defender, it found the hosts file highjacked again.
