Windows 10: Highly to me unusual ram usage

I have tried many times over months to find what is causing this issue, but everything leads to a dead end. I heard standby is supposed to be decently high, but I don't think its supposed to be this high. I really don't want to upgrade my ram beyond how much I already have, please help :usually free is ~500 MB to 1 GB but around when taking the screenshot it started going all in standby and won't go down

To explore more on RAM usage by processes and see in-depth I advise you to open the Resource monitor, please follow the below steps.

Step 1 :

Open Task Manager

Step 2:

Click on Performance

Step 3:

At the bottom click on Open Resource Monitor

Step 4:

Under Resource Monitor windows click on Memory

Step 5:

Click on Working Set to list the top process utilizing the more RAM and then evaluate RAM usage.

no the problem is my ram usage is 90-95 while only using 2 gb of my ram

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue
with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
