Windows 10: Hii, i'm facing issue with my keyboard.

I'm facing issue with my keyboard . whenever I start my computer everything starts working well expected keyboard but lights come on the keyboard it just doesn't work.I tried this keyboard in other computer too it works well even also work well in my mobile phone but it doesn't work in this computer. i also used Malwarebytes but no viruses and malicious found. windows securities also working well i also scan full system using mrt but no malicious found. I'm facing this issue more than 5 months even at this time I'm typing with virtual keyboard.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

issue with some keyboard shortcuts

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. You could face this issue due to corrupt our outdated Keyboard Driver. I suggest you to follow the steps given below and check if it helps you.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

• Press Windows key + W and type
  troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Move to next method if you still face this issue.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Keyboard driver from manufacturer’s website.

• Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Search for Keyboard driver and expand it.
• Right click on the Keyboard driver
  and select Uninstall.

I suggest you to download the latest keyboard drivers from the manufacturers website. If the issue persist, then let us know the make and model of your device.
