  1. Hit Start > Power -> Shutdown and computer remains on desktop

so I'm running Windows 11, new system build as I've upgraded parts frfom a 3080ti to a sapphire radeon RX 7900 xtx, upgraded my motherboard to an MSI X670-P Pro wifi AM5 ATX and upgraded my RAM to a DR5.Anyhow.. beside the point. I've had over 2 months of my computer being in a repair shop due to a power issue. it _seems_ to be fixed where the computer would self boot, short out something. Long story short replaced the motherboard to the same board and removed the old faulty one, power supply was changed, etc etc.During the power fluxuating issues and even last night when I got the computer

    :)

  2. The computer shutdown itself restart?

    Hi Tín,

A computer can shutdown based on the instructions given to its power settings. If you are using a laptop, there’s an option that when you are just closing a lid, it can shutdown your computer.
To ensure that we can provide the appropriate resolution to your concern, we’d like to ask you a few questions:

    • What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • What activity are you performing that may trigger to shutdown your computer?
    • Can you provide us a screenshot of your power settings?
    • Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?

We’re looking forward to your response.
