Windows 10: Hitman 3 Steam freezing for a few seconds every 20-30 seconds.

I'm having trouble running Hitman 3. It will load up correctly, but once I'm playing, it will start freezing for a few seconds every 20-30 seconds. This started happening out of the blue, a week or 2 after their most recent update. I didn't change anything in my PC before it started occurring. I've already tried contacting their support, but they eventually pointed me here.What Hitman support made me do first without result:Verify game files through SteamUpdate driversReinstall Steam and run it as administratorManually clearing the cache of the gameFull reinstall of the gameAfter this I sent

why is my cursor freezing every 20- 30 seconds for about 20- 30 seconds?

hi . have recently upgraded to windows 10 and now when i try to play videos on my comp. they freeze for a split second with a buzzing sound about every 20 to 30 seconds. same happens when the kids play the sims etc. any advice would be greatly appreciated
as im a bit of a duffer as far as computers go. thanx

 

30 seconds to start gallery>

Hi, after I take a photo on my N73, it takes upto 30 seconds for the photo to show in gallery. any ideas on why?

I have only taken around 20-30 photos but gallery seems to be slowing down the more photos I add. To launch it from the button or menu takes 20-40 seconds. Otherwise, the phone works well.
