    Antivirus Detecting HKLM Files?

So I'm currently using Webroot Secure Anywhere PC on my computer as antivirus. I was looking through the Quarantine Section and I find some HKLM files. I read that these files are important for Windows 10 to function properly. The file paths are like this:

    HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Hardware Profiles\UnitedVideo\CONTROL\VIDEO\{9E31242C-FF0A-40E1-BD33-E3F6723AC437}\0000\DefaultSettings.XResolution

I can't tell if this is actually a threat, valuable to Windows, or a misdiagnosis of the antivirus. I don't want to delete any files that are the base of my operating system. Can someone please tell me if I should delete them or not?

Hello so i would like to know if is it safe to delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001 in the regedit or not . If it is not can you tell me why ? Because i saw that controlset001 is only a backup of currentcontrolset so i though that i deleting controlset001 it will be recreated by the system after restarting my windows 10.

    Enable Automatic Monitor Detection

looks like I had to delete all the registry files in the following and the 2nd screen worked again.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Connectivity

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\ScaleFactors

    Another site says:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\DISPLAY

    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration\

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Connectivity
