Windows 10: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE0N

Discus and support HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE0N in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I got as well exactly the same problem after updating Windows 10.     HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT70N dvd player with Windows 10

    I have the HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT70N dvd player in my Asus X55U laptop. It was fine until I upgraded to Windows 10, but now the player is not visible anywhere - no autoplay, nothing - not visible among the drives etc.

    In the device manager it is listed as 'other devices -HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT70N - with a question mark.

    I can insert a dvd and I can hear that the player physically starts to rotate briefly, but then it stops again and nothing happens.

    I have tried to find and update a driver, but Windows says no driver is available.

    I am not even sure it is a driver problem.

    Please help

    i also have same driver version but different dvd ram model

    HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE1N.

    go to device manager , uninstall dvd , and then restart the windows , after restart dvdram is problem fixed
