    Hi so i bought a hdmi splitter to connect dual monitors to my laptop.but when i connect everything the monitors just duplicate as 1 and my laptop is the mainand in the display settings it only shows it detected only 2 displaysany tips on how to have a laptop with dual monitors as 3 extended displays?

    Dual Monitors Duplicating

    1. HP ENVY Laptop Model 13-ah0001na

    2. From the usb-C port connected a usb-C to HDMI adapter, HDMI cable into adapter, then a HMDI splitter, HMDI cable into splitter, 2 HDMI cables out into my 2 monitors

    headphone splitter

    Hi Morgan

    Does your headset have just one 3.5mm plug and you are using a splitter to connect that to the two 3.5mm ports on your PC?

    If so, then you are correct, most likely that splitter is faulty . . .

    HDMI Splitter

    Just a splitter will give you the same image on both monitors.
    If your computer has a second output like a second hdmi, vga or dmi port
    you can try hooking up the second monitor to that to get your second display.

    There are usb to hdmi listed but I have never tried them.
