Windows 10: Hmmm… can't reach this page canvas.charlotte.edu took too long to respond...

This is happening only with the websites with this domain i.e charlotte.edu. It happens only over one wifi connection. If I change the wifi or use a vpn the websites open fine. Tried the following steps already:1 Changed the browser2 Tried to restart the pc several times3 Tried to forget the wifi network and tried to connect again4 Reset the network adapter from settings5 Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the adapter from device manager.I am on a windows 11 laptop and have tried using edge, chrome and firefox browsers.

This site can't be reached, took too long to respond.

After installing the latest windows updates, some websites will not load. I've read several posts and tried things they've said and nothing has worked. Here is what the message looks like:

This site can’t be reached

omegazodiac.com took too long to respond.

• Search Google for omega zodiac

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

P.S. - I use chrome, but I get the same problems in IE as well.

I am facing this issue from past 2 days when every I try to open youtube it show me this msg. I have already try to open in all Brower but same error

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_TIMED_OUT

I have try everything which was available on internet, every website is accessible except youtube.com

Kindly help me to resolve this issue ?

Hmmm... cannot reach this page

I am frequently seeing this error when I try to go to regular sites that I have not had a problem with in the past. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks.
