Windows 10: Ho to stop WINDOWS to reset my Wallpaper to it's Default ?

I'm really annoyed with the windows 11 in my new laptop. It keeps changing the wallpaper background to it's default picture the ugly blue wave pic.Tried everything bot none worked.It seems like there is really annoying BUG.Note :Not slide show background .. have tried all related to stopping slide show. This is a pic background .. and for some reason .. just less than 1 minutes after I changed the background pic, it return to the ugly blue wave pic again .. and stay there .. Can anyone help ?

Asus Optimizatin always reset my wallpaper to default.

I bought a zenbook 14 2022 version , i found out that my wallpaper is always been reset to default everytime i restart. The only way is to stop Asus optimization service, but if stop asus optimization , the hot key of zenbook is not working anymore. Is there another way to solve it ?

How to reset whole netsh? (Windows 7)

Was wondering has the commands changed somehow since on Windows XP and on Windows Vista 'NETSH INT RESET ALL' cleaned entire netsh up from top to bottom.

Now on Windows 7 this same command says no go and only way I can see it is by building .cmd/.bat which does something like:

(I know I could add more entire list of entries there is, but looking for clean delete/wipe settings & default everything not to dump entire list of resets.)

So, anyone got a plan B?
