Windows 10: Hoe do I delete MSN compltely?

It has popped up several places. The last one is in "settings". I was trying to connect WIFI-guest. We did not sign up for it and do not want it. The pop up that appeared is below. It will not move>MSN behaves like a virus; hides like a virus; is malicious like a virus: and I am forced to connect to you, to get rid of something I did not sign up for. Yeah, it's a virus.I want it gone, now.Trust

MSN Weather App live tile keeps stopping

Since you already completed the troubleshooting provided and it did not resolve the concern with the live tile of the MSN Weather app not updating, we suggest that you reset the MSN Weather app by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings
  app and then select System from the list of options shown.
  
• Under the System options menu, select the option on the left-hand panel labeled
  Apps & features.
• Under Apps & features, scroll down through the list of apps installed on your computer and locate the
  Weather app.
• Select the Weather app and then click on the link "Advanced options".
• Once you have the "Advanced options" menu open, click on the button labeled "Reset".
• Once you click on the "Reset" button another prompt will show up notifying you if you would like to complete the reset. Just click on the "Reset" button to complete the process.

Once you complete the steps provided, we suggest that you restart the computer first before you proceed to set up the MSN Weather app again and also verify if the live tile will update properly or not. If the steps still do not resolve your concern we suggest

Computer is displayed twice on MSN account

Since installing windows 10 by mistake msn premium and explorer constantly drop out, can not download a file, printer does not work correctly, can not burn a cd or dvd

  When you say explorer, are you referring to Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer?

  Which application you are using to burn DVD/CD in your system?
  

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: For the issue related to MSN premium, I suggest you to contact MSN support.

Step 2: If you are facing issue with Internet Explorer, related to downloading the files then I suggest you to try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

1) Press ctrl key + Shift key + Delete key on your keyboard.

2) Mark check on appropriate cookies and website data, Temporary Internet Files and Website Files.

3) Click on Delete button.

Step 3: For the issue related to printer, try running printer troubleshooter.

Type troubleshooting in the
Search area on the taskbar.

Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.

Step 4: Since the Disc is not showing up in the drives, when trying to burn DVD/CD, try running hardware and device troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

a) Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.

b) Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.

c) Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.

d) Follow the On Screen instructions.
