Windows 10: Hogwarts Legacy and Jedi Survivor keep crashing

I built a new pc with rtx 4070 and ryzen 77800x3d as well as 32gb ddr5 ram and msi pro b650-p ddr5 wifi motherboard. All my games are running fine except Jedi Survivor and Hogwarts Legacy. All Drivers are up to date, as well as .net runtime, directx and windows. All In-Game Overlays are deactivated and Powersupply is also working. Most of the time the games crash with the error message DXGI\_ERROR\_DEVICE\_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI\_ERROR\_DEVICE\_HUNG. For Hogwarts Legacy its: "ErrorMessage": "LowLevelFatalError \[File:Unknown\] \[Line: 715\] \\nhr failed \\n at W:/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12

Can I play Hogwarts Legacy on a HP 15.6" Laptop with Intel Core i5? If not, what would be the best laptops for this game?

I need to buy a new gaming computer and I was looking for the most affordable options like the HP 15. I just want to make sure that games such as Hogwarts Legacy can run smoothly without crashing. I don't care for amazing graphics or any other add on as long as it runs at a normal rate.

 

Bug check crash during gaming

Was playing a new game, Jedi Survivor, when suddenly my computer crashed and rebooted, and after checking my reliability logs, this error was displayed.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000009696, 0xffff890016d37030, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000).

I dont suppose theres any way to stop this from happening in the future?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
