Windows 10: HOI4 purchased DLC isn't showing up

I purchased a bunch of HOI4 DLC a while back and I have reinstalled the game recently. However, none of my DLCs are showing up as open, and when I search for them 9in the store, nothing is showing up. Any help?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Stellaris DLCs not showing up in game after purchase

So I downloaded Stellaris from PC game pass. I purchased the Utopia DLC and the Leviathans DLC and they show installed on my Microsoft Store account yet when I launch the game, nothing. I got no clue if they are active or not. How do I know if they active?

 

Civilization Revolution DLC on XBoxOne

I've bought Civilization Revolution on XboxOne, along with much of the DLC. How do I access the DLC? Shouldn't it show up in the scenarios list or something?
