Windows 10: holding right click and move thinks im holding left click and move

so im using a windows 11 home laptop with a trackpad, and in most games, when you hold right click and move the camera moves freely. but my trackpad dosent do that and it thinks im holding left click and not right click. i need help because this makes it very hard to use bricklink and i have to use arrow keys for roblox.

Touchpad: Holding down right click only presses right click once then holds down left click on the MSI modern 14 C12M

Even with a mouse you only left or right click, holding them down does nothing.

What do you expect to happen by holding down the left or right buttons?

 

When i hold right click and press left click a browser opens

Ive been trying to figure out how to fix the problem but cant find a solution my mouse works fine when im running safe mode and i also tried didsabling human interfaces in task manager but then when i hold right and left click the left click wont register
the only other thread on the subject is unfinished and started in 2017 please help.

 

n91 hold switch

I think that the hold switch on my N91 is getting a bit worn out. Would one of the care centres be likely to repair this on site, or would I be left without a phone?

Also, the car centre in Coventry is listed as Carphone Warehouse, rather than Nokia itself. Is that correct?
