Windows 10: Hololens 2 Emulator HRESULT: 0x80070005 E_ACCESSDENIED

I am trying to run the Hololens 2 Emulator on Windows 11 Pro. All Windows Updates are installed. Hyper-V is enabled and running. My GPU, CPU and RAM are definitely sufficient. Running the Emulator as Administrator is working without any problem, though it is still not working if I deploy a program from Visual Studio 2019 to the Emulator Release and x86. Launching Visual Studio as Administrator does not work either. I get the same result. Launching the Emulator as Administrator before the deployment also does not work since a new VM will be started. Following this does not help either. I

Unable to run HoloLens Emulator using Windows 11 Pro

Hi everyone,

I upgraded my Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro in order to access Hyper-V features in order to use HoloLens 2 Emulator (10.0.20348.1518). I have enabled virtualization on the BIOS and install everything that are required to use the emulator. However, I tried to open the emulator but I got this error instead:

[XDE:002] The emulator is unable to verify that the virtual machine is running:

Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED))

Can somebody tell me what permissions do need to have for the account that will be executing my App ?

I have an API that will generate an audio from a text that I'm passing, locally I have no issues, but once I move to the server I'm all the time getting the exception below:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

at SpeechLib.ISpeechVoice.Speak(String Text, SpeechVoiceSpeakFlags Flags)

at CaptchaBuilder.BuildImage.<GetCaptchaAudio>d__8.MoveNext() in

I know is a permission issue because If I use an account that we use to log into the server, we have no problems, but since we use espesific accounts for each app we have, we need to set the right permissions, can somebody help to figureout this issue ?
