Windows 10: Home PC is win 10 pro, i installed on my notebook 11 pro and i can't get my account activated

I am getting error 0x803FA067, i checked the devices and deleted devices that i had from 2015. There is only 1 pc in my microsoft account listed and this is my desktop pc...The notebook wasnt showing up until today activated it yesterday It is only showing up in the main page /?ref=MeControl&refd=answers.microsoft.com but not always, which is weird.As an example: The notebook was visible in the front page under devices just 30 mins ago, but now isn't. If i go to Microsoft Store-Devicemanagment it's there and says limit 2 out of 10.Why?

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.

I already stated that I would be removing the Product key from the desktop PC, before trying to activate it on the Notebook. Part of what you suggest, I already know, but you have provided me with the key steps needed to accomplish what I want to do. I
know of the differences between the Home and Pro, and because I know them, I want the Pro on the Notebook. Once I have successfully activated Windows 10 Pro on the Notebook, the desktop PC will be reformatted and donated to a local non-profit that refurbishes
used computers, and then resells them to people who are down on their luck, and cannot afford new computers.

Having said all of this, I do thank you for your input, and will, once I have completed all of this, let you know if all went well. That will likely be within a week.

Old win 10 pro key doesn't activate win 11

Hello,

I was using win 10 pro for 7 years with a multi computer CD key( original)

I recently built a new rig and installed win11 directly and used my old win10 pro CD key.

My old PC was synced with my Microsoft account and I used same account on win 11.

Now win 11 doesn't activate because of hardware change. I followed every possible troubleshoot from windows.

I was able to upgrade to windows 11 for free with my old PC but hardware requirements wasn't met.

I am not able to use my old cd key with win 11 ?
