Home screen in Explorer contains items users have not viewed

Hi,One of our users has asked a question about the Home screen in Windows Explorer, this screen shows the user that she has viewed files from her OneDrive, however she has not accessed the files and also Purview Audits do not contain the items. When i looked at the Home screen in Windows Explorer myself it also shows that i have accessed files that i have not viewed. Can somebody explain why there are items that users have not viewed in this screen? Thanks in advance.

    :)

    • Once changed, close the File Explorer.
    • Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

  3. File Explorer views

Is there a way to save a "view" in file explorer? I prefer to see the items in a folder as a List, but every time I open a folder it has defaulted to Details so I have to change it to List.

Can the List view be saved as the default?
