    Good Day



    I would like to know a reason why my home why I cannot pick up my home Wifi but other Wifi signals can be picked up? I have fibre line and my laptop is an HP Pavilion G7. I have tried using other laptops and they do work so I am not sure why this could be occurring?



    There was one upgrade of windows 10 which could pick up the signal but since then I am unable to pickup the signal. I am forced to used a LAN cable

    I was wondering can you put anything as a wifi name for example I wanted to put CIA-outpost-#### random number is that illegal? I've seen FBI surveillance van 006 before on my list of wifi names I can pick up.

    Intermittent problems with TLS handshake and being timed out

    Check DNS settings for both network adapters. Your Wifi might be set to use a different DNS server.

    Option Two follow steps then pick a DNS server from the list in item 7. Personally I use CloudFlare DNS

    EDIT: Reset router first as already suggested.
