Windows 10: Honestly, how can I get my Comp to automatically enter sleep mode?

For these past few months or so, my current computer hasn't automatically entered the sleep mode when left alone for some reason. According to the options, the sleep mode should activate after about 15 minutes. Is there a solution you fine people at r/windows10 can provide for me?

Desktop will not automatically enter sleep mode

I've changed power settings (included the advanced settings) to allow sleep to automatically occur after 10 minutes, but the computer doesn't go into sleep mode. It previously went to sleep automatically, but apparently some automatic system updates have
changed that feature. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>System>Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select Never from the drop down list for
  Screen and Sleep.
• Close the dialog box and check for status.
