Windows 10: Hoppot function not totally work

My phone couldn't connect website like 'google' through laptop Network hotspotst, it could only connect to the other Chinese website. But my laptop can connect all the website by using VPN. I'm in china

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Restart function not working

Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run power troubleshooter which will tell you if there is something wrong with the power settings.

Follow these steps to run power troubleshooter.

• Press Windows key + X key and Select
  Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View All on the top left corner.
• Run Power troubleshooter.

Step 2: Clean Boot.
