Windows 10: horizon 3 keeps crashing on splash screen

I've tried everything and this is pretty much a hail mary. Its definitely not my hardware as all other games work flawlessly. I've tried resetting the windows store and the app itself, tried reinstalling, tried downloading a second app, tried signing out and back in, tried all cmd and PowerShell commands from the other posts, tried updating the Xbox app. Short of building a new pc and buying a copy all over again I fail to see what else I can do. The game worked perfectly from release up to a few months ago. I took a hiatus from gaming for around 3 months and now horizon refuses to load. I get a few seconds of the splash screen and poof.

I have buyed Forza horizon 3 Ultimate edition but when i start it i comes up that splash screen and after 10 seconds it crashes. But i dont have 8 gb ram could that be the problem. please answer

Exact same issue here. Forza Horizon 3 stopped working a few days ago, and just crashes after splash screen. No errors or logs I can find anywhere.

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps using this

Step 2: Clear Store Cache. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

• Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.
  
  Note: The WS tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
• The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.
