Windows 10: Horizontal lines only on 1 monitor, after restarting Windows Explorer in Task Manager. Need...

I had an issue with right-clicking on desktop, cursor was stuck on loading I could still move my cursor but it was infinitely loading. This is fixed by the way. I was searching for a solution and decided to restart Windows Explorer in Task Manager instead of removing stuff from the Registry. By doing that, I now have small/light horizontal lines on my main monitor. Every single thing is affected by it, but it's only on monitor 1. My second monitor is perfectly fine both were normal in the first place. Restarting my pc didn't help. Already reinstalled the latest NVIDIA driver, even did Win

Monitor has horizontal & vertical lines

Hi,

I am unable to see anything on my monitor except for horizontal and veritical lines. This computer is brand new, has worked for a month. I think it's related to the connection from the monitor to the laptop as when I push on the monitor I was able to see
a little the other day. I'm unsuccessful in seeing anything now. I've tried to to restart, I've removed the battery. any other suggestions or do I need a technican?

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
