    Horizontal malfunction


    Need help figuring out if this is a hardware issue or just a system issue, There's this rgb malfunction at the bottom of the screen as you can see in the attached image, not there when I hook it up to a monitor other than the laptop, please help.

    Horizontal malfunction

    Microsoft 4000 mouse horizontal scroll in PDF

    Hi Marc,

    Thanks for your reply, and I've tried different software as you suggested.

    I found mainstream software like chrome, office and edge work fine on horizontal scrolling, but not in some less common software like Graphpad prism, Mindject manager, etc.

    The reason why I specified PDF(Adobe) is I use the software extensively and I assume I must not be the first one have this problem.

    Is there any setting in windows OS I could try considering the "horizontal scrolling malfunction" is associated with various software.
