Windows 10: Horrible 24H2, Look at how it destroyed my windows

Look what it did to my working computer. Icons of folders not showing up despite correct folder location. Moving files look like this. Option goes way up the screen despite not set up like that. Folder remains on current despite pressing back. Windows update wont show up correctly. There are endless horrible one. Will figure out how to upload video here. First time to post here using phone as my computer is broken.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
