    Hi I've had a horrible experience with windows update about a week and half ago. I lost access to my task bar including all icons, ability to search and ability to navigate files etc, windows key doesn't work, volume keys don't work and I can only access programs that have been saved on my desktop. I spent a few hours on the chat with technical help a few times - the people that I spoke to were lovely and I was grateful for the time and effort Microsoft staff took to help me. When microsoft escalted my technical fault and organised to call me back, they didn't call. When my fault was escalte

    Horrible experience.

    I recently had the horrible experience of contacting Microsoft support since I was double billed for my son's xbox subscription. The call was dropped 4 times after being transferred to "someone who can assist me" l so I had to keep calling and repeating
    the information. The account is in my son's name and credit card mine however I could not get a refund unless my 10 year old authorises it??? After wasting hours, I finally gave up and no refund. Is this Microsoft's way of getting extra money? Incorrectly
    bill customers and then frustrate them so they no longer seek their money back? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
