Windows 10: hot pluggable USB disks

Discus and support hot pluggable USB disks in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I could be wrong but I think it is not normal that if you hot plug a USB disk USB-C into Windows 10, it should be automatically detected, right ?I do...     I could be wrong but I think it is not normal that if you hot plug a USB disk USB-C into Windows 10, it should be automatically detected, right ?I do hear a noise, so Windows does detect it, but no matter what I do, I only get to see the drive if I stop and start Windows. It doesn't matter what disk I use, they all have this behaviour.I can eject the drives without issue, no problem there. But the plugging in, doesn't seem to work.Why is that ?My Windows 10 has all the latest patches
