    Hi,Good day everyone.I would like to ask your help on how I can recover my hotmail account. I can't recover it as my phone number linked on that account was already deactivated.I tried calling MS Support and they have said that they do not have a way to unblock my account.I also tried recovering it by answering the questions like the passwords that I have used before but no luck.Is there any way to transfer MS Certifications that I have passed using that account?I have an upcoming cert mailed on that account and I can't access it now.Thanks for the help.
