    Hello,My Hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been locked since 3/4/23. I tried talking to Microsoft support but they told me that the unlocking is being handled by another team and they had no way to contact them. I also asked typically how it takes but I got different answers from two reps, one told me to wait 24 hours the other said that it might take a week, well it has been 11 days now.I completed the unlock account form as well, never got a confirmation email that it was received and I haven't seen any other communications regarding my account.At this point I just need to know h

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

    I already have a Gmail account, but Ive had my hotmail account for years and theres a lot of other accounts that are registered to that email. I guess I will try hotmail/MSN support and see what they say as no one has come up with any solutions in this thread
