    Hotmail, Junk Mail tool bar


    On my Outlook email account when i select Junk Mail then highlight all the emails a tool bar appears. One of the "words/features" was the word BLOCK, this has now vanished and does not give me the opportunity to Block emails, how do i get this back. All the other features are there just the BLOCK feature is missing.

    Has hotmail removed the Block option from the Junk mail folder?

    The junk mail folder had an option to block the selected junk mails before. This option no longer exists. Has the Hotmail removed the block option from the Junk folder or it has been moved somewhere? Can user select all junk mails in the Junk Folder to block them instead of manually move them one by one to the block list? Thank you for your answer.

    Windows Live Mail Junk not junk


    I don't see those options on my Hotmail account....on the web <---- I access my email from on the web, not on my desktop. Here is a pic of my Junk mail folder....on the web...

    Hotmail.com AND Outlook.com are same mail programs.....on the web....

    Windows Live Mail Junk not junk

    You are getting your e-mails in the IN folder in Windows Live Mail.
    What you are finding confusing perhaps is that your original e-mail provider filed them in their junk folder,
    When they come to live mail they are all in the IN folder, with perhaps a warning that previous suppliers put them in junk.
    To get to the junk folder in W/live mail you have to click on MORE....See attachment.
