    These are 2 of the senders that are overloading my junk folder(100) min. per day sexually explicit emails. I've tried to block under block sender and also create rules. nothing works. Please HELP.

    Security update on hotmail account

    I use my hotmail account daily so it should not be expired. The alternate email listed for my security code had not been used in at least 10yrs so I am not sure how it got listed as an alternative.

    That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

    SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
